Delivering Presentations with Power

The Stimson Group

CS-TSG-002

A long-standing client is a wonderful thing. Tom Stimson is such a client for Azure. We developed The Stimson Group’s website, so Tom, naturally, turned to us when he needed to spruce up his speaker presentation.

Tom Stimson is a management consultant specializing in the live events and audio/visual industry.  He regularly speaks at industry and trade events.

Tom was developing new content for a session at Infocomm Live2012.  Tom had spoken at Infocomm before, so he was developing a new presentation for an audience that may have heard him speak in previous years. Read more >>

Enabling the Sales Force

Furmanite America

CaseStudyImages-Furmanite_003

In the process of updating marketing messages and delivery mechanisms for Furmanite, an industrial repair and maintenance services company, Azure uncovered opportunities to enable the sales force to better cross-sell services and expand into new industries.

Azure was initially engaged by Furmanite to update and re-brand their North American marketing materials to be better utilized by their sales force. As Azure worked with Furmanite on the new materials, the team became aware that sales reps tended to focus on the solutions they knew best, rather than Furmanite’s entire service portfolio. They also realized that most sales efforts were targeted to the oil and gas industry, whereas the services could be leveraged to a multitude of other industries. Read more >>

McKinney First

McKinney Chamber of Commerce Consumer & Merchant Program

CaseStudyImages-McKinney_001

When representatives of the McKinney, TX Chamber of Commerce were introduced to Azure at a routine networking event, their lingering distaste for marketing firms was almost palpable. The Chamber’s business development initiative, McKinney First!, had launched six months prior, yet had garnered only lackluster attention or engagement. Significant future funding from the McKinney Community Development Corporation was at risk unless the program started generating a return on its investment.

Acting in an advisory capacity, Azure helped the Chamber objectively assess the existing program and identify opportunities for improvement. By demonstrating an understanding of the program’s business objectives and suggesting realistic approaches to help achieve those goals, Azure won the confidence of the Chamber and was asked to help re-launch the program. Come Fly with Me!

Commemorative Air Force B-29/B-24 Squadron

CaseStudyImages-CAF_001

When the Commemorative Air Force B-29/B-24 Squadron (CAF) needed their marketing efforts to take off, they drafted Azure into service. The CAF, a non-profit association dedicated to honoring American military aviation history and veterans, needed help generating revenue to fulfill its mission.

Planning a 2011 nationwide tour, CAF requested promotional materials that would increase ticket sales for rides on their B-29 and B-24 World War II aircraft – “FIFI” (a recently restored B-29 Superfortress – the one flying B-29 left in the world) and “Ol’ 927” (a Consolidated B-24 bomber, one of only two left flying in the world). Tour de Profit

ActionCOACH Collin County, TX

CaseStudyImages-Action_001

When Rich Allen and Dennis Wagner, Texas affiliates of ActionCOACH business coaching, wanted to distinguish themselves from over 1,000 other franchisees around the globe, they chose Azure to help them pull away from the pack.

Seeking sales collateral to help more effectively communicate their service options, they asked for branding built around the theme “Tour de Profit,” a take on the renowned Tour de France cycling race. Azure brought this analogy to life with brand imagery that represents the alignment and acceleration required for business achievement, while ensuring adherence to the brand standards of the global ActionCOACH organization. Who Rescued Who?

Operation Kindness

CaseStudyImages-OK_004

For the past 10 years, Azure Marketing Communications has come to the rescue of Operation Kindness, North Texas’ largest no-kill animal shelter, to help with its primary fundraising event Canines, Cats and Cabernet. The annual event features a wine tasting and charity auction, the proceeds of which benefit homeless, neglected, and abused animals.

Azure proposed the 2010 event theme “Who Rescued Who?” to communicate that pet adopters benefit as much, if not more, than the animals they adopt. The theme’s imagery and text was used for the event invitations and registration site, and carried throughout the video that set the stage for the capstone of the evening – the live auction.
